Opportunity- The opportunity I see is one that focuses on offering a new fun motorcycle for unlicensed riders that would be competing against mopeds. I would also offer a few different services the biggest one is a new way to give a motorcycle license course. Right now most people hate having to take that course because they only are taking it because they have to not really to learn how to ride. The need I see is one not only teaches the course, but also makes it fun to do as well. I think that this opportunity has always been there, but it is becoming more relevant to build the class off of an experience as fewer people are getting into the sport of motorcycling, but I think by offering the class as a fun experience it can get more people interested. The market shift is cross the board where people want to get an experience out of everything they do take for instance malls having to include waterparks and entertainment like that. Currently the need is satisfied by a basic course that is offered by local companies, but people dread taking those classes and only goto the specific one because it’s normally the only one in the market. I think this could be a very big opportunity enough to take over as the leader. I can not only do those classes, but can offer things that other classes don’t teach such as dirt bike riding and so much more all motorsports related. I think that it will be open for as long as people want to ride motorcycles and to get an experience that they haven’t had before.
Innovation- My idea is elaborate design starting with a simple idea that can be captured currently and then build on itself to offer products and services. To begin I just want to take advantage of my current resources of owning motorcycles land and dirtbikes. With the resources I can offer those unique experiences. So to start I want to develop a motorcycle license course one that teaches the riders the basics they need to get the license, but I don’t want to stop there I want to offer after class riding experiences such as a group ride after the license, offering more advanced riding skills such as what to do in emergencies to learning how to perform stunts such as wheelies, drifting, burnouts and so on. I don’t want to stop at motorcycles though I want to go into all motorsports so offering the opportunity to rent dirt bikes and four wheelers for trail rides, powerglides for flying over the beach, jet skis and other watercraft. Then I want to do ride alongs in drift cars drag racing cars and race cars. I also want to own drag strips that will be a basic road with safety features for any local to come and race there car on the track as well as a racetrack around it for those who want drive there bikes and cars around a track not just in a straight line. Finally I want to start building a motorcycle lineup offering a 49cc motorcycle to compete against the moped and then a full lineup all the way to liter bike.
Venture concept- The reasons customers will want this is because it will offer them an experience that they may have not been able to afford or isn't even available. I don’t think it would be difficult to get customers to switch as it will be a unique service that no one else really offers. As for the class I don’t that part would be very hard either as long as we were the first ones to be found when searching for a motorcycle class on google or other search engines. Possible weaknesses would be insurance costs, barrier entry costs, maintenance costs weaknesses would be that other than costs it wouldn’t be too difficult to replicate the product too much. Customer support, experience and cost are the biggest factors in this business as the service will need to be well educated and friendly to offer a fun and safe experience for the customers. Cost also can’t be too high right now normal classes sell for $200 a person, but the features we offer won’t be valued that highly by some so can’t exceed that amount by a lot. As for the other things the prices will need to be competitive and affordable so that many users can take advantage of it. To start with there would only need to be 2 employees so one other to help with teaching the classes. As the services grow more employees will be needed, for instance a race track would need at a minimum 10 employees for overall service, then 4 or 5 more for health and safety, finally another 2 for track prepping and cleaning, finally 10 for pit services if performing the operations. If building motorcycles it would most likely take 20 to 30 employees to run a small factory most of production would be completed my machines.
- My success will be hard to copy because it will involve a lot of up front costs I will be able to slowly build up my company before competitors enter the market, but they will not have that luxury of time. They will also most likely not have the funds needed to enter into the level I will be at.

- In five years I want to have a thriving motorcycle class and have a full program running for offroad riding as well the advanced riding techniques.
