My experiences and skills related to this business all lay in my childhood where I grew up working at a mechanic shop, working on race cars, motorcycles and dirt bikes. If I was to start this business and it was successful it would change what I did for a living to something that I do for a job and as fun.

I think having a rental service program for offering fun. Dirt bikes and there maintained can be very expensive, and relatively difficult to manage if something goes wrong. It has been shown the society as a whole is looking for an experience, not just an item. I will offer this in a variety of ways.

Most of my customers will fall into the male population most likely the younger crowd such as teens to late 20’s. Also fathers trying to bond with their children. Finally I think the older crowd having a midlife crisis or freshly retired looking for a new hobby will all be drawn to my offerings. I will be offering an experience, such as maybe a dirt bike rentals on a large dirt bike track and arena. Another offering could be drag racing and racing, maybe at drag racing events have a four door drag car that can do runs with passengers, and can do the same thing at other tracks.

They care because there isn’t many companies that offer these experiences. You can drive on racetracks, but you have to bring your own car and risk serious damages. There are also places that let you drive with a professional, but those are normally only at Nascar tracks, not very exciting as drifting around a turn.

We will have an advantage over the rest of the market because we will be offering an experience where the customer can learn how to drive the vehicles, but even get behind them as well. We will also offer many different toys that others don’t. For instance off road places normally only offer 4-wheelers and machines alike, but they don’t offer dirt bikes. For racing they offer standard cars that you can just take on a track I want to offer real race cars, drag cars, drift cars. I also want them to have the ability to do any. On top of that we will offer riding and driving courses not only to teach how to ride, but to be a better rider as well. I know when I got done getting my motorcycle license all I wanted to do is ride more. I think this is a great opportunity to do that have the class one weekend followed by the next weekend where students can come out for a cruise.
