- Domain expert is a mechanic at a shop and has been working on motorcycles for the past 20 years he is expert in motor rebuilding, but works a lot of with cosmetic things like exhausts replacing fenders and has experience tuning bikes and running dynos. I found this person because he is the mechanic I go to when ever I need/want work done on my bike. Nothing is expected in return except he wants to provide good service so I come back. It offers an opportunity because he could give technical advice for building a motor and getting the most performance by tuning it.
- Expert Ron is a salesman at a motorcycle dealer. He has been selling motorcycles for 10 years now and has been riding for over 40 years. I found and contacted this person by going to the dealership. Both my dad and I have both bought en a motorcycle from him both bikes he recommended based on our needs. He just wants to keep a good relation since me and my dad keep sending him business and being his business.He will enhance my opportunity since he would be able to give good feedback in how we could offer a product that would fit the needs of our potential customers.
- Important supplier he is the owner of a motorcycle dealership he has owned it for 8 years. I found the dealer because he is the owner of the dealership where I purchased my bike. Once again he is just trying to provide excellent customer service so that we keep coming back. Including him in the network will help because he can give advice about starting a store to sell at or making contracts with places to make sales.
- This experience showed me that it is actually kind of easy to get in contact with the higher up people in company for local businesses they also offer a lot more knowledge and valuable information especially on the logistics side of things. This experience was a lot different as I had to actively search to get a hold of the different experts. They were also more informed and were able to give more advice that was actually beneficial.
