1. Ambition this will drive me to continuously evolve my product making it better. This is valuable rare and can’t be duplicated this is something that you must possess when you are born not everyone is.
2. Hard work I am not afraid to put the hours of grind into making the business thrive. Few people are willing to put in the work they want easy jobs or a quick buck not to work hard and long.
3. I have been developing an extensive social network with a lot of riders I see as wanting to get into motorcycles. If others want to imitate they won’t have this. Getting the first few riders is the difficult part and I feel like I already have those first few.
4. I am friends with skilled riders who are willing to help teach in order to teach riders you must have riders who know the laws and know the basics as well as the advance things. Knowing riders who can teach safety as well as stunts is unique and hard to find.
5. Friends with many mechanics who work on motorcycles and or motorsport vehicles. Not many people who are trained mechanics want to teach there trade to others as it will cost them business my mechanic friends make most of their money on bigger jobs and have no problem teaching the basics. This is rare.
6. I have the capability to obtain a large concrete surface on a regular basis to act as a training area. This would normally be a very expensive item to come across, but is needed. Valuable.
7. I also own a few different smaller motorcycles for beginning training, this is a valuable item that would cost a new comer a lot of capital. Even used worn out bikes can cost around a $1000
8. I own two stunt bikes. These are expensive to build and harder to maintain. They don’t sell these so you have to make it making it a rare and valuable item.
9. I have lots of safety gear safety gear can be expensive and requiring riders to wear it can be a large upfront cost for many making it ideal that we offer it. It would be valuable and rare for us in the sense most places don’t currently offer gear, but it is also expensive with a good safety jacket going for over $200 each at a minimum.
10. Have connections to lots of motorcycle groups that are always looking for new members can be a rare inimitable and valuable. Finding a club after getting a license can be difficult even more so to find one you gel with. By having connections to the clubs we could set up like meet and greet cruise once a month. This gives us a unique item that others won't be able to offer.
