Opportunity- The opportunity I see is offering an experience that is unmatched. People my age are constantly complaining about there being nothing to do I want to change this, and help build a future company with the successes of this project. I want to start by offering riders of all ages and experience a fun and unique riding experience that they may not be able to do by themselves. I want to offer off-roading experiences including dirt bikes, dune buggies, four wheelers and so on. I also want to teach riders the basics.  The need is growing as more people are looking for an experience instead of material things hence why malls are going towards making them a fun experience as well as a store.

Innovation- My idea is a very complex idea that starts out with simple services, but evolves into a complex plan and company. To begin I want to take advantage of my current resources starting a local company that will rent out dirt bikes and motorcycles, as well as start a motorcycle class for both beginners and advanced riders, teaching them to get the motorcycle and then teaching them stunts in the future. After success there I would want to expand my reach and start offering all kinds of motorsport activities including boats, cars, and even parasailing and other beach activities. Before finally starting to manufacture my own motorcycles and powersports to supply my company and even sell.

Venture Concept The reasons customers will want this is because it will offer them an experience that they may have not been able to afford or isn't even available. I don’t think it would be difficult to get customers to switch as it will be a unique service that no one else really offers. As for the class I don’t that part would be very hard either as long as we were the first ones to be found when searching for a motorcycle class on google or other search engines. Possible weaknesses would be insurance costs, barrier entry costs, maintenance costs weaknesses would be that other than costs it wouldn’t be too difficult to replicate the product too much. Customer support, experience and cost are the biggest factors in this business as the service will need to be well educated and friendly to offer a fun and safe experience for the customers. Another issue would certainly be extreme weather as people aren’t going to want to learn a motorcycle or do anything like that in the middle of winter when it’s like 20 degrees.Seasonal employees will be needed for sure, but have to find a way to keep them coming back during springs and falls since it could be difficult to find trained professionals to teach the classes. Cost also can’t be too high right now normal classes sell for $200 a person, but the features we offer won’t be valued that highly by some so can’t exceed that amount by a lot. As for the other things the prices will need to be competitive and affordable so that many users can take advantage of it. To start with there would only need to be 2 employees so one other to help with teaching the classes. As the services grow more employees will be needed, for instance a race track would need at a minimum 10 employees for overall service, then 4 or 5 more for health and safety, finally another 2 for track prepping and cleaning, finally 10 for pit services if performing the operations. If building motorcycles it would most likely take 20 to 30 employees to run a small factory most of production would be completed my machines, and this going to be the needed employees for every location.

I didn’t get any replies on my last post so I just went through and read everything again and found out that I really didn’t include many weaknesses so I added those. Such as this being a very costly idea. Another thing I brought up was the seasonal thing problem. As people will not want to do beach activities or motorcycle riding when it is below 30 or 40 degrees and depending on the state it could even be a higher needed temperature. I also added the fact that every location would need that many employees during the high demand seasons.
